LVR’s Insurance Requirements for Equipment Rental:

1. General Liability of at least $1,000,000.00.
2. Property Insurance for the full value of equipment rented.
3. Insurance for Replacement Cost and Down Time.
4. Name “Liman Video Rental Company, Inc.” Additional Insured and Loss Payee.
5. Insurance Certificate Named:  “Liman Video Rental Rental Company, Inc.”
