Panasonic AJ-HDX900 Multi-Format HDTV Camcorder

LVR is teaming the Panasonic AJ-HDX900 DVCPRO HD Camcorder with the Focus Enhancements FS-100 Onboard HHD Recorder. This is the first full sized HD camcorder to come equipped with an IEEE 1394 (100mb Firewire) digital output, easily linking with the FS-100 HDD to provide up to 1.9 hours of record time in addition the internal DVCPRO HD VTR which provides up to 33 minutes of record time. The FS-100 easily mounts on the side of the camcorder and draws power from the Anton Bauer Power Tap connecter. Both recording systems run independent of each other providing seamless back-up recording as well as extended recording time for the user.

This camcorder features:

Recording in 11 HD Formats including: 720p/60, 720/24p, 1080i/60, 1080i/50 and
1080i/24p.

Internal down converter that outputs SD/SDI or Composite in PAL or NTSC from the rear video out connector.

14 Bit Digital processing to enable seamless internal up, side and 3:2 pulldown conversions.

New Filmlike 3 Gamma Curve to produce filmlike textures for certain TV programs, music videos, etc.

New low power consumption light-weight design.

New Dynamic Range Stretching to provide a wider dynamic range with minimal blown highlights and blocked shadows.

Digital Super Gain allows an extra 20db (at 6fps) of noise-free gain.
