These new camcorders feature:

A new High Quality 12 bit, 2/3 inch 2.2 million pixel FIT sensor in a compact, lightweight body for ease of use in handheld and steadicam operation.

The HKDW-703 Picture Cache Board provides frame by frame recording capability as well as stop motion and time-lapse operation.

The HKDW-902R Internal Down-Converter that enables a 3:2 pull down for on-set SD monitoring (SDI or Composite), and also allows for a variable output of that signal (4:3 squeeze, letterbox or edge-crop).

Newly developed LSI for advanced digital signal processing which improves picture quality, picture stability and operational reliability while reducing the total power consumption.
